At Capsule we strive to offer our customers the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing: Order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Shipping: All orders are packed to ship within 5 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include the weekend.
Pre-orders will have an estimated future ship date.
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) mail. A tracking number will be emailed to customers once the item has been shipped. Capsule by Tonji holds no responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to errors from the postal service. No refund will be issued for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
International orders are shipped First Class Mail within 14-30 days. A tracking number will be emailed to customers once the item has been shipped. Capsule by Tonji holds no responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to errors from the postal service. Any custom fees or taxes associated international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly onto the package. During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the standard 5 business days processing time (excluding weekends) shipping policy.
