At Capsule we strive to offer our customers the best shipping options, no matter where you live. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing: 3 days (Order verification, quality check, and packaging). All orders are packed to ship within 72 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to yours.
Most orders will ship within 5-14 business days after your payment has been accepted, except for Pre-orders which will have an estimated ship date. Business days do not include the weekend.
Orders are shipped from United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail. A tracking number will be emailed to customers once the item has been shipped. Capsule by Tonji holds no responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to errors from the postal service. No refund will be issued for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages
International orders are shipped First Class Mail within 14-30 days. A tracking number will be emailed to customers once the item has been shipped. Capsule by Tonji holds no responsibility for packages that are delayed, lost or stolen due to errors from the postal service. Any custom fees or taxes associated international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly onto the package. During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-14 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Capsule by Tonji does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. Items must be in original condition. No clearance items, bodysuits or swimwear will be accepted.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels unless we make a mistake in processing the order.
Once your return is submitted via our online portal here, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. To re-iterate, we do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will send a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the intimate nature of the item.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

Items damaged during transit should be communicated upon receipt of package in order to have a claim filed with the shipping entity.
Capsule is not responsible for items damaged after they are received by customer.

We pride ourselves on prompt shipping and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.

STOLEN PACKAGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If a package is marked as delivered through the logistics company, we do not replace any stolen items. If you entered your address incorrectly and the package was shipped to an incorrect address, we will not replace any items sent to the incorrect address.
